After you click “Submit Order” an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status. If you would like to obtain a tracking number please contact us. Our regular orders are shipped via standard shipping without tracking number.

Change / Cancel My Order
Please email us immediately at info@YoloGame.nl after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. You can always return your order!
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket and during checkout. We will contact you via email if the date changes.
Price Adjustment Policy
Should an item from the website or catalogue be marked down please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment, we will honor a one time price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new card will be issued for the amount of the credit. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.
